At Roller Derby, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for the rink, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Our goal is to keep you rolling smoothly with high-performance products that meet your competitive needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused skates or protective gear in the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
