How do I choose the right skate size?
Roller derby skates often fit differently than standard athletic shoes. We recommend measuring your foot in millimeters and consulting our specific brand size charts, as most skaters prefer a snug, performance-oriented fit.
What is your return policy on protective gear?
We accept returns on unused protective gear within 30 days of purchase, provided all original tags and packaging are intact. For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of sweat or wear cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs for heavy items like skates and gear bags are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total package weight.
Are the wheels included with the skates suitable for outdoor use?
Most of our derby skates come with indoor wheels (90A-97A hardness). If you plan to skate outdoors, we recommend purchasing a separate set of softer wheels (78A) to ensure a smoother ride on asphalt.
How long does it take to process a custom skate build?
Customized setups, including specific plate mounting or boot heat-molding, typically require 5-7 business days for processing before they are dispatched for shipping.
